This post is a collection of different success stories of weight loss different people across the country. I took my phone, writing materials and camera to interview so many people on what works best for them in terms of weight loss.

Not only that, fiber-rich foods also contain minerals that help the body function properly and vitamins that repair body tissues.

3. fatty foods : another success stories of weight loss I have received from Nigerians is that when eating less fatty foods your weight is to keep but when they do exercise along with fatty foods to avoid, then get a good result in terms of loss of weight. In conclusion, the most effective success stories I heard from people in several different weight loss programs and what has been working for people is the fact that an individual must be dedicated to the pursuit , avoid fatty foods, avoid excess sugar and eat more foods rich in fiber.
