Mango-Avocado-Mint Green Smoothie
After a weekend birthday cook-outs, muffins, and chocolate chips cookie ice cream cups (oh yes!) I felt like I need a dose of green to start my week. This creamy green smoothie was filling, refreshing, fruity, and so satisfying. Although my daughter asked for a "pink" shake this morning, I found my eyes wandering creamy green concoction. Mamas learn what is mine is yours very soon and happily shared mango smoothies infused into the deck together, with an occasional break to pounce on his new mini-trampoline.
This is the perfect green smoothie, and a touch of fresh mint makes it a little more special. Raw cashews Aguacate and create a creamy consistency, while frozen banana and mango frozen add the perfect amount of sweetness fresh, fruity. I never imagine having a healthy serving of spinach. Add ice to make it even frostier.

Mango-Avocado-Spearmint Smoothie
2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 + 1/4 cup filtered water or coconut water
- a handful of raw cashews
- three handfuls of spinach
- 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups frozen mango frozen
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tablespoons of avocado
- a couple of handfuls of ice, optional
Instructions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix again. Serve immediately.
