Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking mold 8 inch x 8 with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil. You can use a can of 6 cups muffin, molds, or 2 small square baking trays.
  2. Mash the banana until very soft in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, carefully fold in the chocolate chips and last raspberries.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for about 20-22 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and eat within 3 days or store in the freezer.

Notes:

These square oats are subtly sweet, if you want sweeter, add a tablespoon of coconut sugar, or under one of the tablespoons milk dairy syrup maple.

Try raisins + chocolate chips, chopped apple + cinnamon or blueberry + chopped almonds, in exchange for the combination of chocolate raspberry. Or be creative and try your own!
