How to make coconut oil Coffee Creamer
The relationships that I use are my preferred sweetness and flavor. If you do not like sweet coffee, then set aside honey or start using less.
Ingredients:
- oil 3/4 cup organic coconut (soft but not melted)
- 1/2 cup raw honey (I buy mine from a local source)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, organic
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. organic cocoa powder (optional!)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk until well combined.
Store in a glass jar with a sealed lid.
Using Coconut Oil Coffee Creamer
Brew (fair trade, organic!) Favorite coffee cup (about 2 cups).
Add 1-2 tablespoons. coffee cream coconut oil to your hot coffee.
At this point, you can also add a teaspoon of butter, grass fed, what I like to do, if I have it in hand. This is entirely optional and is not part of the cream concoction, but will improve the creaminess and flavor!
Using a blender or mini bullet blender, coffee + cream mix on high for about 5 seconds.
Pour into your special cup and enjoy!
