Keep in mind that some people in this world do not live a stressful lifestyle 9-5, they do not have to deal with the stresses of debt, which are not breathing polluted air of the city , and exercise regularly.
They do not eat refined sugar or flour, or any foods that have pesticides sprayed on them. No live outside the standard American diet.
They are not eating fatty meats, deserts, sweets and genetically modified foods. No antibiotics. Without alcohol and snuff.
Their diets not only exclude junk foods that so often are delivered, which also include the super and herbs that are like steroids for our organs and immune system.
They also spend their free time in the practical nature of breathing and meditation techniques that have been proven to improve mental, physical and emotional health. They keep things simple, sleep, and spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun.
When we have the opportunity to relax in the sun, we feel rejuvenated and instantly call this a "vacation". Imagine spending a lifetime doing that in the mountains, and the combination with mental, spiritual and physical well being perfect.
I do not doubt for a moment that if we all did the things we knew we had to do, to live to 100 years old would be commonplace. When we treat our bodies well, who knows how long we can live?
