We are here to give you the daily food intake consisting of eggs, for three whole days! Do not worry because you're not eating eggs, also consist of fruits and vegetables, and meat.

Day 1:
for day 1 Breakfast:
is necessary to prepare two tomato slices, 2 boiled eggs, and a cup of green tea without sugar.
for day 1 Lunch:
is necessary to prepare a glass or green tea, 120 g of baked fish, and 2 egg whites cooked.
for dinner Day 1:
is necessary to prepare steamed vegetables and green tea.
Day 2
For Day 2 Breakfast:
is necessary to prepare 2 hard boiled eggs and a glass of tomato juice.
For Day 2 Lunch:
is necessary to prepare 120 g cooked chicken, 2 egg whites cooked.
for dinner Day 2:
is necessary to prepare a glass of low-fat milk, a biscuit, and 120 g of cheese.
day 3:
for day 3 Breakfast:
is necessary to prepare 2 hard boiled eggs and a glass of tomato juice.
for lunch Day 3:
is necessary to prepare a cup of green tea, boiled egg and 2 egg whites 120g of red meat.
for dinner Day 3:
is necessary to prepare 2 baked potatoes, green salad and a glass of green tea.
