In today’s hustle and bustle life,
stress and tensions are quite common in everyone’s life. But for those problems
which take birth because of stress and tension, there is a treatment called
“MASSAGE”, but we are not able to understand its actual profit and thus 40%
people are suffering from mental stress. Massage helps our tensed blood vessels
to come back in right position, hence it makes us get rid of stress and body
pain. Massage makes us free of weariness and also improves blood circulation.

Massage should be started with
back, because this is the body part that suffers most because of stress. Then
chest, hands and legs should be massaged.


At last abdomen should be massaged
very carefully and comfortably. This is done for providing heat to tissues and
improving blood circulation.





Massage should be done for at least
15-20 minutes. Parts of the body should be beaten little with light hands, this
will make reach heat to tissues. After little nap rub with a dry towel and take
bath.





In whole body, massaging of hands
and legs are most useful. Because in household chores and daily work we make
use of these two parts most often.


For massaging legs, put carpet on
the floor and massage soles of the legs with mustard oil. Massage toes also
well with mustard oil.





During massage of chest, come
towards center of chest massaging from left and right of chest.





Massage your muscles, and massage
each and every rib one by one. On part above the heart and on the other part of
the chest, massage with moving your hands in circular way.





In head massage, more pressure on
head should be avoided and do this massage at least yourself. Before going to
bed with your fingertips apply mustard oil in roots of your hair and do this
for all hairs, it is very beneficial. This will protects you from baldness,
white hairs and irregular hair fall.





During head massage eyes should be
closed and mind should be concentrated at one point. In summers hair should be
washed well with cold water and then wiped off with towel and then massaged,
this will give you the feel of coolness and joy.




For head massage make use of
jasmine or almond oil. These oil are although expensive but provides strength
and comfort to skin. Do massage till the time, oil do not starts shining from
your skin.
