I realized many things go wrong among teenagers these days, but many of them thinks it's no big deal, but when it comes to health is a big problem.
There are many mistakes of teens today are making believe that many of them do not know the consequence of some of these things for your health because if they do, they will not joke with those things that make .
some of these errors can surface later in the future to hunt them down and some may even make them feel uncomfortable with themselves. But while reading, we will list some of these errors health of young people and adolescents and how to overcome them.
1. Drugs and Alcohol ; One of the mistakes teens make is the use of drugs and alcohol. Drugs and alcohol are the best gift for the health of any person, especially when such is addicted to it. Many teenagers today are introduced to drugs that improve performance and say it is good. Some even drink alcohol excessively and claim it makes them high. This is bad and later can affect your kidneys and liver later in life that lead to liver or kidney failure. If you are a teenager and you're on drugs and alcohol that I judge to desist from today to keep your health in the future.
2. Laziness : Many teens are too lazy to do their job on time, lazy to do exercises like walking, running, jogging, and some of its Homeworks. Laziness can even cause weight gain in some adolescents who may later lead to health problems as they age.

3. Juncos : Other mistakes I see is that teenagers do eat too much fried foods reeds as fatty, egg roll, dumplings, meatloaf, fish, etc. Roll can make you fat, the development of slow digestion and also make them slow it is bad for health.
4. Ignoring breakfast : Some teenagers ignore breakfast because they want to be fast, want to lose weight and other flimsy excuses to skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast in unhealthy and can not lose weight rather makes you eat more and added more.
5. Night Navigation : Many teens are obsessed with the long night navigation affects them at school the next day or in their homes. Navigation overnight night is not healthy for teens and exposed to various radiations computer and also exposes the lack of sleep is bad for your health.
6. Gym evil : I see many teenagers weight lifting just to build your chest or arm for nothing or no value to health but teens can participate in a good exercise that helps build your body and prevent weight gain rather than the best exercise at the wrong time.
7. Reading Night fee: Like the night navigation, reading too much at night is not very healthy and I feel I still have the time afternoon to do some work, learning and not necessarily at night. Read too much at night can cause dizziness and lack of activity at school, at work or any function.
8. Parranda : I see parties as a bad idea for adults and not for teenagers. Clubbing encouraged to drink too much alcohol, smoking and lack of excessive sleep, which is bad for the health of adolescents
