Weather
changes usually have some or other effects on everyone’s body. In such cases
our skin, body and hairs get most affected. Summers are considered most
suitable for skin, but it is so only when proper care is given to skin. In
summers due to secretion of adrenaline from adrenal gland our skin looks more
alive and fresh. Blood circulation also gets boosted.

Skin
become reddish because of summers and pores of hair spread over. Natural oil
starts coming out of the body. When wetness of skin and oil become dry skin
become dry too. Hence by drinking fresh juice of lemon, keep wetness of your
skin maintained. For betterment of skin like for keeping it fresh and cold
feeling, skin freshener can also be used. Preparation of freshener is quite
easy. Take any light skin tonic based on flowers, make it wet in a cotton cloth
and keep it in refrigerator. Tonic will become cold enough to give you
coldness, freshness and a feel of comfort.
For
freshness of face and for making it get rid of weariness, honey and earth
fullerene should be applied. Other method for skin freshness is, dip cotton
balls in rose water and apply it on face and neck. During summers cosmetics
should be used very less because release of sweat make whole make up spotty
which gives a bad look.
In case
it is necessary to apply cosmetics then before making use of them make use of
ice cubes it will be beneficial. Don’t avoid eyes also in such case, as they
are the central part of you face can also feel strained like your face and neck
skin. In summers they can become reddish and swollen. Hence in summers after
getting up in morning wash them with cold water. Before going to any party
either take a small nap or put cold cotton balls on eyes and let them for half
an hour. For betterment of eyes and for shine of eyes this is the best method.
In
summers we get very much sweat. This is also a big problem, and body parts like
underarms, palms, calves skull, forehead etc. are some parts which gets most
affected by sweat and summer. Any sweat on body parts for more time starts
producing bad smell.
For
getting rid of this, take bath at least twice daily with soap. For bathing
making use of lukewarm water is more facilitated. Coldness and light smell
usually suits in this weather hence one can make use of fragrance water.
Wear
cotton clothes in summers. Wear light colored clothes and white colored. Don’t
forget your legs which carries your whole body load. Wash your legs with
lukewarm water and wipe them off with towel, sprinkle powder on them and then
wear shoes.
