Bananas are also good for the heart. If you're a heart patient and you're taking heart medicines, you can take 1 or 2 bananas in a day to keep your potassium level up. And this will prevent abnormal heart beating and can also prevent strokes.



Bananas are also good if you are anxious or stress. You can take a banana with half a glass of water. In 30 minutes you'll gonna feel better. So bananas are really wonderful - wonderful home remedy.



Bananas are also good for people who are exercising. They give you ready energy because of carbohydrates.
