Why is it necessary to reduce consumption noodles? This is a personal research through myself as an example on how to reduce the rate at which I like noodles or rather stop that. Therefore, I am posting my readers also to learn some things so that anyone can reduce the consumption of noodles.

The popular noodles in my country is Indomie noodles and this has been the best food for babies, ladies, kids, single, single and many more. It is one of the fastest foods that can quickly put your own hands and eat in the shortest time, but there are some things I need to consider here which can reduce eat this food.

1. Slow digestion ; I've noticed that every time you eat noodles noodles especially Indomie, observed slow digestion rate I think is bad for health. I can drink more water, I get dehydrated and calories accumulated in the body that can lead to weight gain in some people. And at the time, you may experience swelling or movement in the bowels

2. Slow metabolism : This occurs as a result of I have observed slow digestion. Most times when experiencing slow metabolism as noodles especially in excess and this is due to addiction, sugar, oil and food coloring in it. This is also one of the reasons why you need to reduce the rate at which eats noodles

3.Gain Weight : excessive consumption of noodles causes weight gain because it is made of flour, sugar, salt, fat and many more. Therefore, noodles causes weight gain is bad for adults. Weight loss is best for adults and increased weight is bad for them

4. Juncos : vermicelli is a pure example of junks foods with a high proportion of carbohydrates and fats in it. Since we know that the consequences for the health of reeds as high cholesterol, weight gain, obesity and many more, then we have to avoid.

5. Sales: One important reason why you need to reduce your intake of noodles or the speed at eating noodles is that it contains salt and sugar, which is very bad for adults. Salt contains sodium chloride, sodium chloride containing sodium ions which when too much is not friendly to the human heart, because excess sodium can cause various heart diseases like hypertension, high blood pressure, heart failure and many more. And of course, you know when more sugar, which causes obesity, diabetes and many more you eat.

6. Diseases : When eaten in excess noodles, you may be exposed to substances such as sodium and foam polystyrene , which is a substance when cancer are in excess cause. So eating too noodles can cause diseases like cancer, obesity and other heart-related diseases.
