* Breaking those 60 minutes of cycling in parts! See, it is quite obvious that no one can do cycling straight through without stopping for up to 60 minutes. Therefore, I would suggest breaking it into parts. Start with a gentle upward warming. They allow you to stretch your muscles first. Bike at a lower rate for the first 10-15 minutes. Then accelerate and start cycling at a fast pace for 15-25 minutes. Then you can drop your bike. Get a little drink and walk your bike for 5-10 minutes and then go ahead and start riding it.

Do this consistently and it shows that you have begun to lose fat from your body without effort.
