The combination of avocado and black bean is a real energy booster. It is also considered to be the ideal food for muscles because nutrients enter directly into muscle tissue. Do not worry about the fat, certainly not cause health problems.
Enjoy this energy boost and strengthen the muscles at the same time ingredients: - 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 avocados, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup corn (Organic)
- 1 clove garlic (do not use garlic if you do not like the taste)
- lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Washing and drain the black beans. Add 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and stir well. Mix avocado slices, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro and tomatoes in another bowl. In a bowl mix the lemon juice and olive oil separately. Combine black beans and avocado mixture and pour lemon dressing over salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
