The Purpose of Depression and Disease
by Blake BauerOM Times
Everything happens for a reason, including health problems of the mind and body. While this may be hard to accept, my opinion is that we get sick and miserable looking for love and attention outside of ourselves. We learn from an early age to look for mom and dad conditional love in order to survive, but often at the expense of being true to ourselves and hurts us. If you do not wake up to this unhealthy internal dynamics, which eventually leads to depression and disease. Suffering in our body and mind are the cries of our soul, God and the Universe, who calls us back home to ourselves and the source of peace and inner strength.
As adults we have become accustomed to live with the fear of losing love, attention, approval and security. We have learned to feel guilty early in life to express what we need to be healthy and happy, because this is somehow too selfish or criticized as bad, when in fact everyone is really selfish if they are aware of it or not. Now, after years of pleasing others and not taking care of ourselves, we are often unhappy, unwell, and full of resentment, anger and grief.

Confused, we wonder how I got here?
Nobody is a bad person for wanting to live an enriching and authentic life. However, we feel shame for having this desire. Caught in a web of our own tissue, however, we must realize that we are waiting for a wholehearted commitment to our own welfare and that our suffering is simply asking us to speak and act on what really We felt in every situation and relationship.
I can not fail to note the fact here that modern medicine has not discovered the cure aliments such as cancer, autoimmune disease and clinical depression . Is it because we have been seeing these extreme symptoms from a limited perspective and completely missing the purpose of these challenges?
I think so.
Although it may be hard to swallow, I have given that our mental and emotional for ourselves relationship is both the cause and the solution to most forms of personal suffering. Our ability to express what we feel and act effectively in alignment with this inner truth directly determines the quality of our mental and physical wellbeing. In most cases deep unhappiness and chronic disease are simply the result of the relationship based on self-destructive, critical, critical and many of us fear for ourselves developed in childhood. Because they tend to be so lost in this harmful way of thinking and acting, it is very easy to overlook the simple fact that the transformation of this dis-ease mental and emotional can bring long-term relief and peace we are looking for.
I heard that life is going to take anything or anyone for granted. Our own lives and our health fall into this category as well. In my work with thousands of people who have seen again and again how individuals ignore and ignore their mental and emotional life, they do not know how to navigate it, talk about it or respect it. The natural progression of this feeling is a deep feeling of worthlessness; where one perceives his feelings, needs and desires do not matter. They feel that their inner self or soul has no value or is not appreciated by those around them, and the product is a body that does not care or feel worthy of attention. In other words, a heart that did not care for or honor for ourselves becomes a body that does not feel right to inhabit.
What's the point of being alive if our soul feels trapped , misunderstood, and worthless? What living thing you will want to continue living a life emotionally anxious mentally tortured, and overwhelmingly stressful? However, as human beings we feel so unworthy to create a lifestyle, career and relationships that make us feel good, alive and well on a daily basis.
Although objectively seems natural to want a healthy and happy life, guilt, fear and the underlying pain within us persistently hold us back. We are left feeling disconnected and drip inside as the acid slowly eating us alive from within. Addiction and suicide can be understood in this sense.
Nobody wants to live believing they must always be more, do more, or having more to find happiness, health, peace or love. But this is a symptom of inner psychological past pain caused by others and ourselves, that when left unresolved, leads us to live in our head in an attempt to protect our heart more pain and also makes us feel lonely and insecure. As children we learned to make our feelings, needs and desires wrong, and now for years we have supported a limited life of poor self-care and self-talk toxic. We need to swing the pendulum of attention to the transformation of our mental and emotional life dysfunctional if we want our body to reflect a healthy internal environment moves forward.
Traditional Chinese medicine offers one of the ideas more practical and logical about our thoughts and emotions can lead either to the health and happiness or depression and disease. In this world view of the causes of physical illness directly correlated with the flow of energy and blood in the body. In simple terms, when energy and blood are daily free flowing experience health and happiness. But when stagnate we will find, finally, pain, fatigue, depression and toxic buildups that cause disease.
The belief is that the blood in the body follows the flow of vital energy. The best example of this is the heartbeat or pulse energy of the heart that causes blood to flow into our veins and leads our immune cells, hormones, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to all parts of the body. What is often overlooked in Western medicine is the link between thoughts and internalized emotions, with fear and resulting lack of action leads to a decrease in the flow of healthy energy first and then blood.
a person of 40 years, has on average been awake for 16 hours every day, he has lived moments or 840,960,000 seconds. That's 14,016,000 minutes from experience in life, when this person is feeling and thinking about something directly connected to their deep wounds, needs and desires. Objectively much of this internal process consists of pain and negative unresolved emotional thoughts that constantly surround the mind and body and rarely expressed or addressed so that we have peace with.
Both thought and emotion are subtle forms of atomic energy, which when constantly repressed eventually cause internal tension, limited oxygen intake, and imbalances in the molecular and cellular processes. It also makes the flow of vital energy and blood to slow down and become severely blocked. Due mainly to the various manifestations of fear of survival, most people do not act based on instinct, intuition and what the heart truly communicates well, creating more interruptions healthy flow of energy and blood in the organs and circulatory system. Symptoms such as anxiety, shallow breathing, chronic fatigue, lethargy, digestive disorders, depression, bipolar and insomnia set in, and we, and often our doctors are not quite sure what the underlying cause.
Eventually, over days, weeks, months and years of this process to guide our life and behavior, blood and fluid in our body begins to coagulate greatly, so that the nodules , masses, tumors and tumors begin to form. This leads to toxins accumulate in the bloodstream and organs, resulting in chronic pain and disease. In simple terms, our body becomes at war with itself on a cellular level (as in autoimmune conditions), because we are at war with ourselves mentally and emotionally, living with a constant tear between what we really feel, want and need, and fears that prevent us speak and act with complete honesty.
from this point of view, it is easy to see how a stressful life compounded by the work is unsatisfactory, or stay in relationships where one is not faithful to their deepest emotions, needs and desires, can create significant internal pressure in our major organs and central nervous system. If you are constantly fighting ourselves in this way, the inevitable result is self-destruction. This does not even account for the excessive consumption of alcohol, food, recreational drugs, and pharmaceutical drugs, which are merely unhealthy habits motivated by an unconscious desire to numb our deepest mental and emotional pain in a misguided search for surface relief short-term only makes problems worse health in the long run.
most people understand that eating natural foods and adopting a healthy lifestyle support health and prevent disease. What most do not know is that although complete honesty and vulnerability in each situation is so vital for our mental and physical health long term. We are so used to hide our true feelings in order to survive and maintain peace, protect us from judgment, criticism, rejection, abandonment and aggression, we remain aware that we are concerning ourselves in a harmful way - until of course we have to find out why we have become so depressed or sick
deep down we all know that we are not born to suffer.. But no one can save, heal and deliver us crazy. This is precisely why the purpose of mental, emotional and physical symptoms is for us where and how we are not looking after ourselves well enough to thrive and flourish fully before dying show. When we are able to understand the simple truth but profound that all suffering is the result of constant rejection of true self - a self that we have not learned to love, accept or value for global integration, we can begin to transform whatever struggles we face ay find peace and health deeper immediately.
there will never be a better time than today to start practicing this. Depression and disease is practical and logical our body to alert us to the life or death importance to give us permission to be fully what we are now, because it is the only path to lasting happiness and vitality. I have found that we are given a choice in life between feeling sorry for ourselves and respect ourselves, but we can not have both. I have witnessed countless people stop being victims to their fearful and insecure thoughts and move beyond suffering to enjoy everyday life. Once wholeheartedly committed to speak and act in a way that appreciates your thoughts and feelings in every situation as the priority, even when frightened, they were able to heal and forgive his past, and finally stop hurting and betraying themselves in the present. The key then to let go of depression and disease is to stop running away from himself and begin to breathe in life and oxygen as deeply as possible at this time. By staying open at all times to yourself that finally welcome your inner truth and feel deeply again, even if it's fear or painful at first, which is the only way to really cure. Then you can clarify what you really want in life, what feels good to you, and what makes you feel alive and well.
I found that when we focus primarily on these things all day, even when criticized for doing so, while speaking and acting with complete honesty and respect for ourselves, we support the healthy flow of energy, blood and excitement in the body and naturally move away from anyone, situation or habit is not healthy for us. Anything else we need to deal naturally to the surface to be felt and released as we go.
is my opinion that every person is one with what we call God or the Universal Intelligence Amar, and until we open this power within, which means until we believe in our inherent ability to heal and find lasting happiness, there will always be aspects of our bodies and minds are closed and therefore will not heal. No matter how many doctors you visit or how big it could be a practitioner. The walls of the ego and the small separate must come down through bring our own loving attention and acceptance from all parts of us have rejected over the years. I have found that it is only through taking 100% responsibility percent for depression and disease we are experiencing now, regardless of the hardness of life has been so far, that we can finally see the purpose of this suffering has served to bring us home to our true self and the ocean of strength and peace that has always existed beneath our mental and emotional struggles. Blaming anyone or anything external only wasted time and energy we need to heal and liberate ourselves now. And the choice of pride in honest vulnerability will keep only caught
