Here are four of my favorite recipes.
1 . pumpkin Pie Shake
- 1 cup milk unsweetened vanilla almond
- 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder vanilla
- 1/4 glass of water
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- 1 package or 1 teaspoon Stevia nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
- 7-8 ice cubes
Berry Smoothie 2.
- 1 sugarless milk container vanilla almonds
- 1/2 water container
- 1 container solidified mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
3. Nut Butter Smoothie
- milk 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond
- 1/2 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon margarine or almond NuttZo (shell walnuts free choice)
- 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon nectar
- seven to eight ice solid forms
