1 . pumpkin Pie Shake
  • 1 cup milk unsweetened vanilla almond
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder vanilla
  • 1/4 glass of water
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 package or 1 teaspoon Stevia nectar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
  • 7-8 ice cubes
Berry Smoothie 2.
  • 1 sugarless milk container vanilla almonds
  • 1/2 water container
  • 1 container solidified mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

3. Nut Butter Smoothie
