1. Exercise

Better keep that body builder in time for the day and not let it disturb your nights rest
2. Drinking too much fluid before bedtime
While a nightcap will help you sleep, but also greatly reduce the quality of sleep you are getting, and will likely lead to those dreaded night to go to the bathroom to interrupt their slumber and also for young children also leads to bedwetting.
