Although you are already familiar with the benefits of each of these ingredients, few of you know that by combining them you can speed up the metabolism and lose the excess weight.

You will need:

– 2 tablespoons of honey;

– 1 tablespoon of cinnamon;

– 250 ml of water

The recommended amounts can be changed, but it is important always to use in the ratio 2:1 ( 1 spoon of cinnamon and 2 spoons of honey). Prepare as much drink as you think you’re going to need.

Preparation:

First of all, boil the water. Then add the cinnamon in your cup, pour the boiled water over it, cover it and let it cool down. When the water is cooled down add the honey (keep in mind that you should never put honey in hot water).

Consumption:

Drink half of the potion before going to bed, and the other half in the morning before breakfast. And that’s it!
