Those women who
have habit of smoking may be facing or might face many problems during their
pregnancy. Smoking is a kind of addiction and intoxicated and thus it’s not
easy to get relieved of this habit once a person gets addicted to it. Addiction
for anything can only be left slowly and slowly but it’s impossible to leave it
at an instant or immediately.

When a pregnant woman is said not to smoke when
she is addicted to this habit from earlier, she become nervous. But it’s
important to leave it during pregnancy period because it possesses nicotine
which is very much harmful for both baby and mother. And instead of it smoke
that released during smoking if by chance get inhaled by a pregnant woman, it
has twice bad effect on baby as compared to mother itself. For example.





1.)  Heartbeat of child rises.

2.)  Baby may get asthma.

3.)  Sometimes baby even may get obstacles in his/her
wind pipe due to which a woman may get miscarriage.


4.)  Stoppage on growth of baby.

5.)  Baby may become victim of some mental disease or any
other serious problem.





Some women used
to say nothing will happen do how much smoking one wish and even many woman
don’t face any problem also after doing this but it doesn’t mean they are
saying truth or whatever they are saying is true. Smoke of cigarettes contains
carbon monoxide which is a deterrent in our breathing process and if even a
small percentage of it reaches to baby, there are 100% chances of miscarriage.
So it’s a advice from my side to pregnant women to at least live for only 9
months away from this harmful habit, because as it’s not easy to get rid of it
at a time but if a woman wishes to have a healthy baby, she will have to do
this. There are some tips provided below which might proves to be helpful in
making you live away from smoking.





1.    
Don’t
have a look over any of the thing related to smoking like cigarettes etc.


2.    
Always
read disadvantages of smoking instead of advantages.


3.    
Don’t
let anybody to smoke near you.


4.    
Move
and inhale fresh air.




5.    
Don’t
leave alone.
