As we have discussed in previous article about what is mental health. Today we will be doing some planning focusing on mainly mental health, which will helps us a lot in keeping us mentally healthy and will keep away from other weather problems, because outer weather conditions also affects our mental health. As we know in today’s hustle and bustle world hardly a person gets some time to relax, in which a person mental state also get affected.  As people used to worship their work, they should also worship for their health; hence one should take care of their health. With physical health, one should also take care of mental health.

With following 9 methods, take care of your health.



1.      IN MORNING GET UP BEFORE SUN RISE AND SLEEP AFTER SUN SET:-

It is said that sun was used to be a kind of watch in earlier time, people used to get up seeing it rising up and used to sleep after it set, this schedule always kept their health fit and fine. But in today’s hustle and bustle life, people have forgotten about sun and used to sleep very late in night, which affects their mental health and used to get up late in the morning, due to which they do not able to inhale fresh oxygen of morning environment. Hence if you want to keep yourself mentally healthy sleep early during night and get up early in the morning.




2.      GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING AND DO YOGA DAILY:-

Yoga strengthens our body which keeps us energetic throughout the day. If your body will have enough energy, you won’t become weary soon. Which will also protects your mind from stress and do yoga during morning only when you can inhale a lot of fresh oxygen.




3.      TAKE REGULAR AND ENOUGH SLEEP:-

Regular and proper sleep provides rest to our body and mind and keeps mind away from any stress and tension.  Do not use sleeping pills for full sleep. Stay away from tea and caffeine products.




4.      STAY AWAY FROM STRESS AND TENSION:-

When a person take tension of anything, his/her mind starts building up different kinds of new thinking which keeps his/her mind busy continuously. And busy mind affects one mental health. Hence stay away from tension and stress and inhale some fresh oxygen from outer atmosphere.




5.      LEAVE GREEDINESS OF MONEY:-

If your mental health is fit and fine, you will be able to live your life happily. It is said as high amount of money a person have, he/she will be depressed more hence take care of your mental health.




6.      MAINTAIN MENTAL PEACE:-

If you want to maintain your mental health you will have to control your mind and hence do not become panic while performing any work, don’t let your heartbeat rise.




7.      THINK POSITIVE:-

If you will always keep on thinking wrong and negative, it will also put negative effect on your mental health. Hence keep your thoughts pure and positive.




8.      DO NOT SPEAK LOUDLY:-

Person who used to speak loudly soon become furious and get angry easily which have bad effect on mental health.




9.      CONSUME COLD PRODUCTS:-

If your body temperature is normally found to be higher, consume more and more cold products like almond, buttermilk etc. because more consumption of hot products may cause you acidity which will directly affects your mental health.
