Mental health means mental peace i.e. if your mind is healthy, you will be called mentally healthy. But if you are not healthy mentally, you will be known as mental patient. Mostly this disease is found in those people who do more mental work or those who make more use of his/her mind. Generally those kinds of people become victim of mental illness more. This can occur in your mind in various ways.
1. Due to any health issue
2. Tension regarding any money issue
3. Home related issues
4. Friends and relations related stress etc.

It is said that if you have a healthy body you won’t lack any thing i.e., “health is wealth”.
Let’s know how to get rid of mental stress and how to maintain good and healthy mental fitness.
1. For healthy mind you must do yoga daily morning, which will help in supplying fresh oxygen to your body and will make you free of negative feelings also.. Which will also maintain your mental balance.
2. If you usually face work load, this can also make you victim of any mental issue. Hence in such case take regular and necessary sleep of 7-8 hours daily.
3. Include almonds and milk in your daily breakfast. For this purpose you will have to keep almonds dipped in water during night and in morning grind them with candy sugar, mix it in milk and drink it.
4. And if you feel you are depressed because of something, try to live away from that thing.
