Peppermint and hair growth

Peppermint oil 

Dilute peppermint oil first then use for best results.

Peppermint oil is used to treat conditioning scalp and promote hair growth.

Clear the pores and help scalp breathing.

Almond oil dilution

Take 

3.Tsp of almond oil.

3 drops of peppermint oil.

How to Apply ?

Part your hair into small sections so that oil reach the scalp.

Rub the oil into your scalp so that oil penetrates down to follicles.

Twice a day for 15 minutes.

Jojoba oil

Take

3 Tsp of jojoba oil.

4 drops of peppermint oil.

1 cup water.

How to Apply ?

Boil 1 cup water, add oils into it once the tonic start boiling remove it from the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, you wet your hair and comb the mixture through your hair and wrap with a towel.

Wait for 20 minutes and then rinse off.

 

Coconut oil

Take 

3 Tsp of virgin coconut oil.

3 drops of peppermint.

Rinse off after 15 minutes.

Twice a week.

Olive oil

Take 

3 Tsp of olive oil.

How to Apply ?

Massage the oil, after 15 minutes wash off.

Twice a week.

Castor oil

Take

4 Tsp of castor oil.

3 drops of peppermint oil.

How to Apply ?

Mix well, part your hair and apply the oil.

Wash off after 15 minutes.

Twice a week.

Aloe vera 

Take 

1 medium piece of aloe vera plant.

3 drops of peppermint oil.

How to Apply ?

Cut out the plant into two, extract gel like substance.

Put the gel in blender and make a paste like texture.

Now add peppermint oil into it.

Apply with your fingertips, wait for 20 minutes and then wash it off.

Repeat twice a week.
