For this we will have to keep some important points in mind. Instead of it this disease can be cured after proper x-ray, endoscopy and various other tests by knowing seriousness of problem.
PREVENTION MEASURES:
1. Eat on time and after eating do walk for sure.
2. Include fresh fruits, vegetable soup, salad, boiled vegetables etc. eat a lot of leafy vegetables and germinated seeds. They are a good source of vitamin B and E which removes acidity out of our body.
3. Always chew well while eating and eat little less than your hunger. Always stay away from spicy and oily food.
4. In your daily diet include curd and whey.
5. Raita of fresh cucumber is a good treatment of acidity.
6. Avoid wine and non-vegetarian food products.
7. Drink a lot of water. Remember that water not only helps in better digestion whereas it also removes toxins from body.
8. After eating do not drink water immediately. Drink after half an hour only.
9. Stay away from smoking and wine.
10. Drink pineapple juice, it is plentiful of enzymes. After eating if you are feeling heavy stomach and not feeling well, then drink a glass of fresh pineapple juice. Acidity will over soon and you will feel fresh.
11. Consume Amla, thus it is sour, but very effective in treatment of acidity.
12. For relief in gastritis, mix 2 spoon of Amla juice or its powder and 2 spoon of grinded candy sugar in water and drink it.
