Fat in waist and belly also put pressure on backbone which gives rise to pain like diseases. Thus today we will tell you how to get rid of this dangerous fat but before getting rid of it, it is important to know, what are the real reasons behind this kind of fat. Because there are several people who almost have gone through all methods but result still remains zero. Hence first we will discuss about reasons behind increasing fat after that we will discuss about how to reduce it.

1. Major reason behind fatty belly is carbohydrate due to which size of belly keeps on increasing. And food products which give rise to carbohydrates in our body are those which contain more energy like chapatti, meat, junk food.
2. More travel by vehicles is also one of the reasons for it.
3. Not able to sleep and sleeping irregularly can also be one of the reason of this fat.
4. Drinking water on improper time is also one of the reasons of this fat.
5. Eating very much food after drinking wine is also responsible for this fat.
6. Tension and stress also give rise to belly fat.
7. Sitting continuously at a place also give rise to belly fat.
Are you the victim of one or two reasons among them and if yes then follow following tips and let not them others to make your fun.
1. Don’t consume carbohydrates at one time. Hence don’t eat too much at a time eat after a break like after every 1 hour.
2. Drink water in this way- after 1 hour of eating food, before 1 hour of eating, after getting up in the morning, drink water also in little little amount don’t drink too much at a time.
3. After getting up in morning, squeeze a lemon in one glass of lukewarm water, put 2 black pepper and one spoon of honey in this water and drink, soon you will start getting rid of this fat.
4. For two months, mostly move by foot. Make less use of vehicle, which you use most of the time.
5. If you can do yoga asana, do one asana of following for ½ an hour 1) bhuganasan 2) bal asana 3) pakshichmotan asana.
6. Swimming: - if you can swim. And if there is any swimming pool nearby you, go there and do swimming daily for ½ an hour.
7. Use of bicycle: - for less distance make use of bicycle.
8. Consumption of almonds: - almonds will not only boost your memory whereas will also reduce your obesity. Hence daily morning eat almonds with milk.
9. Take full sleep: - it is said that sleeping provides rest to our body. Which also make us feel better and you will also live away from stress and tension. Hence daily take deep and regular sleep of 8 hours.
10. Make more use of these fruits: - papaya, cucumber, tomato and green vegetables.
11. Avoid junk food, will be better for you.
12. Morning walk is necessary. It is said that there is one good solution of all problems i.e. oxygen. If a person daily go for morning walk and inhale some fresh oxygen he will feel fresh throughout the day.
