Some people are living in this wrong thinking that consumption of more eggs increases their cholesterol level. Due to which a person becomes the patient of heart diseases. When we eat food products that contain more cholesterol our liver produces less cholesterol, which is harmful for our body.

In ancient time people suggest not eating more than 6 eggs a week but in present time you can eat how much you want and that are also without any effect on cholesterol. Diabetes patients should avoid yolk of egg because high amount of cholesterol present in eggs yolk may leads to stroke for diabetes patients.
