In present time either there is a child or an old person, stress has become part of everyone’s life. To protect oneself from it is quite difficult but for cool personalities this work is not very difficult. Stress not only affects our mental condition whereas it also affects out physical condition.
You will get shocked to know that stress also increases your weight. You are in stress and after some time you will notice that your are getting obese, your old clothes are fit for you. Let’s come and know how stress makes you fat.
1. INTAKE OF HIGH CALORIE:
During stress you don’t care for what are you eating and you even eat food with high calories. But when you don’t do workout it keeps on accumulating in your body.
2. NOT TO EAT:
During stress our mind is so much disturbed that many times even we forget to eat on right time. It obstructs body metabolism, and even not eating food never lowers our fat.
3. CHEWING SOMETHING EVERY TIME:
During stress a person keeps on chewing something, it provides him/her some comfort. But in this case he/she consumes a lot memory and even he/she do not notice that, which again increases his/her weight.
4. SLEEPLESS:
During stress we get very less sleep, it disturbs our bio metric cycle and continuously keeps on disturbing our sleep. In such case a person eats something or else and whatever he/she eat do not digest fully and thus it also increases weight.
5. CAFFEINE, CIGARETTE AND WINE:
During stress these 3 things seems like friend to anyone. But its consumption raises level of cortisol in body, which do not allow burning of body fat.
6. SECRETION OF STRESS HORMONES:
During stress adrenal gland of body secrets a hormone named cortisol, this hormone contains such elements which further increases level of stress and this hormone also increases level of fat in body.
7. INCREASING OF FAT OF INTESTINE:
Due to stress fat in intestine also increases which seems increased in lower part of abdomen. In a healthy person around 1 to 10 % of fat resides in intestine but sufferers of stress have more of this amount.
