Step 5: Use your thigh muscles to lift your legs toward the ceiling. Your weight should rest on the lower ribs, abdomen and pelvis.

Hold for 10 seconds to a minute depending on their capacity. Repeat 5-10 times. Start slowly and gradually increase the duration and repetitions each day as you feel comfortable. This exercise will strengthen the muscles of the back, base and leg that will help greatly improve your posture.
