Swelling that occurs in veins of legs are known as tendonitis in doctors language. It is a very tensed and painful situation in which legs become reddish, burning occurs in legs and swelling also. This problem occurs in lower legs due to more pressure on them. Many times this may occur due to wearing shoes of wrong size, due to obesity, and due to diabetes.

Take some oil and massage on tour legs with it, in this case olive oil is mostly beneficial. Take 2 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it on a medium temperature. Now apply this oil on legs and massage with it for some time. It will improve blood circulation in effected veins and also provides relief in pain and does it continuously till your pain go away.







ICE PACK

For removing away swelling and pain that occurred due to foot tendonitis, ice pack is an effective home remedy. Take some pieces of ice, crush it put it in a bag and bind it in a cotton cloth. Put this bag on paining areas, this will helps in reducing swelling and pain both. In once you can put bag for 15 minutes and for more comfort you can use it many times in a day.




HOT WATER AND ROCK SALT

In foot tendonitis hot water and rock salt are very effective. Mix rock salt in hot water and dip your legs in it for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat of water will pull away pain and rock salt will fulfill lack of magnesium in body. To protects leg from dryness after this process clean away wet legs and do this process only once a day.




VINEGAR

You can lowers down pain and swelling of tendonitis with help of vinegar also. Applying cold and hot vinegar you can get relived of this pain. Mix vinegar and water in equal amount and heat this mixture for some time and put a cotton cloth in it and apply it on paining area. Now repeat same process with cold water and vinegar with a cotton cloth. Repeat this process for 2 to 3 times and then clean that area and apply moisturizing cream on it. 




FLOUR

For providing more heat and getting relief easily flour is a good method which is also available in every home. Make paste of flour and wine and apply it on painful area. But those who are suffering from tendonitis should not use this method whereas people suffering from common pain can use it. 




ASPARAGUS

Tendonitis is the major reason of swelling, and for getting rid of it and for increasing level of liquid asparagus is a nice method. Due to asparagus there is more pressure on urine which is beneficial during this time.
