On getting constipation a person suffers from problems like stomach ache, improper faces, acidity, gastritis etc. if you are also facing this problem then follow methods provided below; they are very effective it will soon make you free of constipation problem.
1. Hot water and lemon
Squeeze one lemon in a glass of hot water and drink it. Citric acid present in it will help in removing accumulated dirt from stomach.
2. Guava and papaya
Guava and papaya both are very good fruits for patients. These fruits can be eaten any time in a day. These fruits contain sufficient fiber, which makes our intestine strong.
3. Baking soda
Baking soda can also cure for constipation. For its consumption take 1/4th cup of hot water and mix a spoon of baking soda, and drink that water.
4. Olive oil
Taking a spoon of olive oil daily morning empty stomach is also very beneficial. If you wish you can put lemon juice in it and then take it. Olive oil removes constipation and improves our abdominal activities.
5. Things full of fibers
Fiber containing food product like beans, bread of whole grains, cauliflower, potato, cabbage, tomato, carrot, onion etc. also helps in proper digestion of food and improves our abdominal function. Patients of constipation should also eat fruits like banana, papaya, musk melon, lemon, mango, apple etc.
6. Curd
Eating a bowl of curd daily with food is also very useful for stomach. Simple curd also protects us from problems like constipation and acidity.
7. Milk and ghee
Mix a spoon of ghee in a glass of milk and drinking this milk during night before sleep also help in curing constipation.
8. Dates and milk
Put 3 pieces of dates in a glass of lukewarm water and drink this milk for a week, you will surely get relief.
9. Triphala powder
Mix Triphala powder in honey and eat it twice a day, stomach will get cleaned and healthy.
10. Flaxseeds
Broil flaxseeds on light flame and make its powder. Then put 20 gm powder in a glass of water and let it like this for 3 hours after that filter it and drink it.
11. Figs
Boil fresh figs in a glass of fresh milk. Then drink it before sleep during night. Figs contain a lot fiber which provides immediate comfort.
12. Cabbage juice
Drinking half cup of cabbage juice twice daily provides a lot relief.
13. Spinach juice
Daily drink half glass of spinach juice two times. This will give a lot relief.
14. Pranayam and yoga
For curing this disease Pranayam and yoga is also beneficial
