• Mix some honey and liquorices in basil and eat this, it also provides relief in problem of cough.

• Broil 3-4 cloves and mix them in juice of basil leaves, this also gives relief in cough.

• Grind shivlingi seeds and eat them with basil leaves and jaggery; it cures for infertility of women.

• In kidney stone also, boil basil leaves and take this water mixing with honey for 6 months, stone will move out with urine.

• In flu diseases also liquid of basil leaves with rock salt is also useful.

• Basil is a medicine which also removes weariness. When you become very tired intake of basil leaves provides comfort.

• Daily chewing 6-8 leaves of basil 4-5 times a day also provides relief in migraine.

• Basil juice contains thymol. It is beneficial in skin related problems.

• If basil leaves are rubbed on skin, skin will be protected from any kind of infection.

• Put basil leaves in copper utensil and put water in it. For around 1 to 1 ¼ month let it be in water. Drinking this water keeps us protected from many diseases.

• In heart diseases it is elixir. It controls cholesterol level in blood. Patients of heart diseases should drink basil juice regularly.
