is summer. For real now. Perpetually smells like cut grass when you go, the weather forecast is peppered with moisture and thunderstorms, picnics and barbecues meals is on everyone's agenda. I love summer. I love summer food . Tons of fresh fruits and vegetables, sandwiches, salads and lots! A very important part of eating all summer, are the seasonings. You have to have good seasonings. Whether homemade hummus, Dijon mustard, vegetarian pesto, pickled vegetables, vinaigrette, or some other special sauce, appropriate condiments give your food it off in hot pants. I can not speak very well the importance of condiments without speaking of mayonnaise.

Some lots, ok , I know people really do not like mayonnaise. Vegan or otherwise. My husband is one of those crazy. It is not just in it. I have to admit I have always liked some May-nnaise. I will not go on and on about how this delicious tastes mayonnaise, how creamy and silky and absolutely mayo-mazing this is. Or how they will savor in the fact that this mayonnaise is made with only a handful of vegetable origin, together, real natural foods. I will not bore you with the details of how premium and chock-full of beauty boost fat health, and totally free of animal products. I will not babbling on and on about how this is a mayonnaise free of oil, which, frankly, is hard to find these days. I will not claim this May will change the world (though ... could). No, I will not do that. I know I'm a little wordy times, so I'll just give you the recipe and let everything can continue its summer day.
