Like for physical fitness exercises are necessary, similarly for fitness of our brain and its muscles also exercises are necessary.
Exercises of brain
For our physical fitness we take help of physical exercises and yoga. But what to do for brain? For its fitness also we need exercises. Mind exercises enhances function of brain. It is said that a common man only able to use of 5 to 6% of his/her brain only throughout his/her life. But it is also said that if we do mind exercises, we can think much better and it also improve our memory.
Exercise for memory
For better IQ, sharp memory is necessary. For this purpose even there is a small exercise and easy exercise also. First of all sit with peaceful mind and remember any past incident or journey related story and simultaneously keep on writing all the points that comes to your mind on a piece of paper. This will increase secretion of acetyl/choline and thus makes mind more active.
Take sleep, see dreams and enhance IQ
In a research of horward university it is found that when take deep sleep, our memory do work of remembering incidents and this do exercise of our brain. Mostly when we are dreaming during night our mind is more active. Hence every day sleep on right time and take full and seep sleep.
Play brain games
In recent report it was observed that playing crosswords, Sudoku, riddles and other mind games also increased our memory and make its sharp. They also keeps us away from mental diseases and keeps our mind active. Brain game is a good exercise for brain.
Multi tasking
Multi tasking means performing many tasks at the same moment also do exercise of brain. Hence in a day for sometime do multi tasking also, it helps in sharping of mind. Like listening music with exercises but careful about one thing that balanced and full diet and proper rest are also necessary with tasking, otherwise you may become victim of stress.
Careful about diet
You are may be thinking what is the role of healthy and balanced diet in mind exercises. But for increasing IQ with healthy diet, lemon water, etc. are necessary, it increases blood circulation and thus blood reaches to brain easily.
Increase your fitness level
Aerobic exercises makes our body active and healthy, and even increases production of brain cells i.e. neuron . running also helps production of new brain cells. In this way cardio exercises makes our brain’s that part more active which helps in remembering things and learning new things.
Learn other languages
If you talk in two or more languages then it’s a good news for you. For development of mind its proper use is very important. According to Britain researchers people who talk in two or more than languages can calculate in a better way.
