BACK PAIN: CAUSES & HOME REMEDIES
CAUSES:
1. Always wearing high heels.
2. Excess stress on muscles
3. More weight by wrong methods
4. Sitting in wrong posture.

TREATMENT:
1. Daily morning put 3-4 pieces of garlic in mustard or coconut oil and heats it till garlic pieces become black. When it become cool massage with it on back.
2. Dip a towel in hot salty water and squeeze it. After that lie down flat on abdomen. In place of pain put this towel. It is effective medicine in giving relief during back pain.
3. Put 2-3 spoon of salt in a pan and broil it well. Bind this salt in a thick cotton cloth and make it kind of a bag. Provide heat to your back with help of this hot cloth, it will provide you comfort in pain.
4. Broil king’s cumin on pain with light flame. When it becomes cool chew it slowly and then take it inside. Regularly eating this will give relief in back pain.
5. Avoid sitting in the same position for long. After every 40 minutes get up from your chair move somewhat here and there.
6. Avoid soft and puffy seats. Patients of back pain should sleep on some solid or hard bed.
7. Yoga is also very beneficial in back pain. Bhujangasana, shalabhasana, halasana, uttanpadasana, shavasana etc. are some such asanas that are quite useful and beneficial for removing back pain. Yoga asanas for Back pain should be done under and yoga guru.
8. Due to lack of calcium also bones may become weak, hence eat more and more calcium containing products.
9. Exercises made for curing back pain should also be done. Walking, swimming, cycling etc. are some good exercises. Swimming reduces weight and is also beneficial for back pain. During cycling keep our back straight. Exercises will makes your bones strong helps in reducing weight.
10. During back pain when picking up something from ground or while picking some heavy thing do not bend through back, first of all bend your knees then bend downwards and when hand reaches to thing pick it up and make your knees straight and some upwards.
11. While driving seat should be solid and sitting posture should also be correct and during driving make your seat belt tight.
12. While working in office never sit with support of back. Put your back on chair in such a way that it lives straight always. For keeping neck straight a thick towel can also be put on behind back on chair.
