    in the milk then drink it.

vinegar in the case of unavailability of apple cider vinegar.




  • Take a glass of warm water then add 2 tsp of
    apple cider vinegar in it.



  • Keep it aside until it comes to cool at a room

3.  Ginger





Ginger is a common ingredient and always available at
everyone’s home. Ginger is best for treating the gas.




  • Take equal parts of ground ginger, fennel and
    cardamom. Mix them together.



  • Take a cup of water and add one tsp of this
    mixture and a pinch of asafetida (hing) in it.



  • Drink the solution for twice a day.



  • Alternatively, Squeeze out the juice of ginger
    and consume a little amount of it mixed with a pinch of asafetida.

5.  Baking Soda & Lemon





It is one of the most applicable remedy for treating the
formation of gas. Lemon and baking soda excellently works for give you an
effective change in your stomach.




  • Squeeze out the juice of one fresh lemon in a
    glass then add some baking soda to it.



  • This will show fizzing. Now add some more baking
    soda and stir the mixture well so the particles of baking soda dissolve
    properly. Drink this solution slowly.



  • You can also drink water in which baking soda is
    added on the empty stomach.





6.  Garlic

    asafetida by adding it in a little amount of water. Apply this paste on the
    stomach then allow it to dry for few minutes. Soon you will see the positive

  • The other thing that you can easily do is put a
    small amount of asafetida into a ripe banana then eat it. Do this remedy twice
    a day.





8.  Fennel





Fennel is amazing for the treatment of gas and it gives you
a fast relief from bloating and gas.




  • Take a pot of hot water and put fennel seeds in
    it then let it simmer for five minutes on a low heat of flame. Strain the
    solution and drink it.
