The accompanying thoughts toward
self-care measures are suggested:

1.  Ask the victim to sit with the body leaning
forward.
Keep your mouth to keep it open so that blood does not close the
airway.

2.  Pinch the nose for 15 minutes. Press down on
the edges nose bone, release slowly.

3.  Do not let the victim snot. If bleeding
continues, pinch his nose again for 5 minutes and make sure the victim does not
swallow the blood.

4.  Take a wet cloth or ice wrapped in a cloth. Place
on the nose and face of the victim to narrow the blood vessels.

indication of fracture, immediately take it to the emergency care unit.

Danger signals in a

bleeding

2.  Shortness
of breath, palpitation and turning pale

3.  Swallowing
