15 Signs of a High Vibration (and How to Make it Higher!)

Are you trying to raise your vibration? Most people are, whether they know it or not. At the end of the day, we all want to enjoy life and what can go smoothly, and high vibration is the only thing that will make all possible.
Take a moment to review these 15 signs of a high vibration. You will probably find that some of them are true for you and some of them are not, and that's fine. Our vibrations fluctuate over time, so where is right now is not necessarily where it will be within a year, or even a minute from now!
After reviewing this list, try with exercise at the end of the article to its highest vibration, no matter where it is today.
- You are happy, excited or just the content
- Things fall apart easily in place for you
- is healthy, free of disease
- your body feels good and is free from lesions
- Do not complain
- it feels well rested, and fall asleep easily
- the dreams that are remembered are good dreams
- you are manifesting the things you want quickly and easily
- time it feels like its rapid movement
- Le excited to wake up in the morning
- you're getting the orientation of the universe / angels / spirit guides, and they understand!
- You are giving and receiving love from others
- Your finances are in order
- You are enjoying the work you are doing
- Their relations are free -Drama
is also good to know that when these items are not going well for you, you can always dig a little deeper to find the twist in vibration. Problem areas are forms of the universe that tells you that there is something going on in their thoughts, beliefs or actions that is causing a low vibration in one area of your life.
To dig a little deeper, you can use the following exercise to help determine the cause of the vibration and pushes higher (no matter how high it is already)
exercise:. After evaluating how high vibration is present, sit down and make a list of your predominant thoughts, beliefs and actions today. What are the main things you've been thinking and doing today? Write whatever comes to mind. Do not think about it too much.
Next, look over the list you have written. For any negative act thoughts, beliefs or actions you have written, cross them, and next to each write something positive you might think, believe or place.
For example, if one of your great thoughts today "my job sucks", I write, then cross it off and try to achieve something related (but positive) that can be said in place as "I love my partner Julie job." Make sure that everything you write is true, so just honestly write positive statements. The idea is to get you to focus more on what is going right now.
Any positive thoughts, beliefs or actions you noted in your list, circle, and then write another related (but positive) thought, belief or action that may occur. For example, if one of his thoughts was "I love my job," I write, a circle and then add another comment like "my boss is very nice to me." Amplify the good feelings and have to take yourself even more!
With practice, this exercise will get you in the habit of identifying negative thoughts, beliefs and actions that are dragging down. You may also get into the habit of constantly pushing its highest vibration, no matter where you are on the spectrum.
