WATCH: Those Who Have Less Give More

It is sad to hear that people still have to
experience being poor of possessions to know the luxury of giving. In this
video, a group of people set up an experiment to see who would be kind enough
to give a hungry man their food.




None
of them gave out any of the food that they have when a man approached a number
of people who were having their meal in a food court. This was the first part
of the experiment done.

The
group of people who set this up then moved on to looking for homeless people
who were around the area. They gave the homeless man meals including burger and
fries. In disguise, the same hungry man approached the homeless person and
asked if he could have some of the food that he had. Without any hesitation,
the homeless man did share his food.



The same thing happened when the group handed
out 10 bucks to another homeless man. Continuing on to their experiment, the
hungry man approached the homeless and asked for a dollar. The homeless man
gave him the money that he was asking for.




It really is hard for people to share what they
have especially when they worked hard for it and think that it is enough just
for themselves. Obviously they labored and that is their compensation, but they
have lost touch with the fact that we are human beings and we have this
responsibility to extend our hand to others.




Someone doesn't need to be in the position of
others to realize that they really are in need. But it’s deeply saddening to
know that that is exactly what is not happening now.
