well-known music artists performed on papal events as Pope Francis visited the
Philippines.

Having composed the official theme song about mercy and compassion,
Inspirational Diva Jamie Rivera performed “We Are All God’s Children” thrice:
at Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on January 16, at University of Sto. Tomas during
the pope’s encounter with the youth on January 18, and after the mass at Luneta
Park later that same day.

The Voice Kids champion Lyca Gairanod
sang "Tell The World of His Love" at the MOA Arena, before the
program proper of Pope Francis' encounter with families whereas her runner-up
Darren Espanto performed the same song during the end of pope’s meeting with
the youth.

Angeline Quinto and
Jed Madela, just before the start of the Pope’s arrival in UST on January 18,
sang "You Raise Me Up” and "Light of Million Mornings".Later on
the same day, during the pope’s concluding mass at Rizal Park, Prince of Pop
Ballad Erik Santos sang the responsorial psalm together with 1,000 choir
members and a 200-member orchestra.
