Healthy Baguio Beans

Ingredients:

Baguio beans

Oil

Garlic
Onions


Minced Chicken (Giniling)

Soy Sauce

Green Pepper










Preparation:




1. Saute (igisa) in a little oil, garlic and onions.


2. Then add minced (giniling) chicken.



3. Add baguio beans, and a little soy sauce (toyo) and pepper.

Health Benefits:



  • High fiber is good for digestion, constipation and preventing cancer.

  • Good for heart disease, diabetes and high cholesterol.

  • Good source of protein and vitamin B.
