If the conventional wisdom about the history of the human race is correct, then human civilization is not enough greater, nor was advanced enough to account for many of the mysterious monolithic archaeological sites around the world. Places like Gobekli Tepe in Turkey, the Pyramids of Bosnia and Calendar of Adam in South Africa, ask the same question: if human civilization is supposedly old enough to have created all these sites, then who, or what, had the ability to create as many elaborate structures around the world?

The world map of Piri Reis Admiral of 1513 is part of the emerging more complete story of our history, one that challenges conventional thinking big way.
the mapping is a complex and civilized task, thought to have emerged around 1000 BC with Babylonian clay tablets . Antarctica was officially first sighted by a Russian expedition in 1820 and is fully covered in layers of ice thought to have formed about 34-45 million years ago. Antarctica, therefore, not be seen on any map before 1820, and all visual maps of Antarctica must contain the polar ice caps, which are supposedly millions of years old.

The presentation of Hapgood is so convincing that even famous theoretical physicist and philosopher Albert Einstein wrote the next advance support a book that Hapgood wrote in 1953:

No doubt is not a joke, the map is certifiably authentic, but the information on the map is of mysterious origin. own Piri Reis notes that the map was made using information from another, old maps, charts and records, many of which, Hapgood suggests, may have been copied and transcribed repeatedly before the destruction of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Egypt , which ended with the literature of antiquity and vast cultural knowledge.
This hypothesis opens the door to the possibility that some ancient civilization forgotten had the ability to trip to Antarctica, tracing the land, with the technology to make maps, sometime before the ice sheets formed. A significant departure from our current understanding of our history.
The absence of ice sheets on the map of Piri Reis is peculiar, and in 1960 Hapgood took his theories on this to the attention of the Air Force the United States. He asked Hapgood, among other things, whether the shape of the continent, as it appeared on the map of Piri Reis, was similar to the shape of the continent under the ice all, as revealed by recent evidence of the Air Force data seismic on the continent. His answer was surprising:

If Antarctica was actually farther north than it is now, and was not covered with ice only in 6000 BC, then who was around back then that could have mapped that, long before the known civilizations? And who could have done it long before the advent of the marine chronometer in the 18th century, which finally solved the problem of accurately track the length offshore?
had the whole Earth has mapped for the year 4000 BC by a civilization that has been forgotten, as the analysis of the map of Piri Reis and the theories of Charles Hapgood suggests?
