When I was a ballroom dance instructor, never watched television. This was because the flow was not yet available, and I worked Monday through Friday from 13: 00-22: 00.

However, in the last couple of years (and a new career solo-preneur), has become too easy to watch TV episodes on my computer. My one or two favorite programs a week became binge watching another recommended series.

all started innocently. I enjoyed it as a way to relax. However, it gradually became a tactic of avoidance.

My detoxification television was not a perfect way. Still she had low energy consumption and overwhelming day. There were nights when I desperately wanted to curl up on my bed and watch a movie.
