Our genes have long been ballyhooed as either a death sentence or the Midas touch of genius, giving about us pristine health and agile mind, or deterministic result of cancer, neurological diseases, or various other birth defects. But what if there was something else that helps determine our destiny? What if our genes is limited to building blocks, and greater intelligence was responsible for whether or not we throw a basketball from the free throw line and get nothing but net every time, or die at the age of ? 46 as anyone else in the history of our family, due to a genetic predisposition for cardiac arrest

At first years, our mother nutrition and mood helps develop the epigenome. If she is flooded with stress hormones, or eat a lot of kale and spinach, this will affect the genes.In short: eat well, creating an atmosphere of love, peace, and social challenge your assumptions if you do not serve. Your genes could well be changed in the process.
As life goes on, a wider variety of environmental influences form the epigenome of social interactions, physical activity, diet and emotional reactions to stimuli.
Progressing into old age, and throughout life, epigenomic activity is triggered by what is happening in the outside world, closing or activating certain sets of genes.
