Acne is a common skin condition happening to young people in their puberty period, and for elderly people to their 45 ap year old.
In Ayurveda, acne is implicit as eruptions of youth (yauvana pitikas). Problems with acne dates years ago and explains its foundation and Ayurveda recommends natural acne natural remedies.
What causes acne?
Under the skin of the face, back, chest and shoulders, there are many oil-producing glands called "sebaceous glands". During puberty or menopause and under the influence of hormones men and women, these glands become more active producing oily secretion called "sebum".

Aggravated kapha secrets goop on the oil produced by the sebaceous glands of the skin. Such thick sebaceous plugs formed in the pores of the skin and hair follicles causes the creation of acne.
Acne worsens if:
- come in contact with dirt, grease or some chemicals;
- When you have a hormonal imbalance during puberty, menopause or menstrual cycle;
- high level of stress;
- If you are under medicine therapy or some hormonal therapy;
- If you are squeezing or pinching acne.
precautionary measures:
- Avoid spicy, dry and oily food. Hardly digested and can infect vata;
- Avoid fast food and soft drinks;
- Avoid applying exfoliants;
- Do not squeeze your acne;
- Do not allow dirt;
and natural home remedies for acne free skin
- wash your face twice a day with warm water and mild soap;
- Always remove your makeup before going to bed;
- Take fresh methi leaves. Grind and make a paste. Apply to the skin and leave for 10 minutes. Wash with warm water;
- Apply a pack of ripe tomato pulp on your face. Let it dry on your face (45 minutes) and wash gently;
- Make a mixture of rose water and flour besan (chickpea flour). Apply on the face for about 15 minutes and wash with warm water;
- Grind juicy tender neem leaves with turmeric. Apply the paste you have about the parts of the face with acne and pimple. Let dry naturally. Then gently wash your face;
- consume a lot of fruits and vegetables - which keeps the natural moisture of the skin and restores its brightness;
- drink plenty of water (at least 10 glasses a day).

- Exercise regularly
- wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
